THE ONLY ONLINE WEATHER SERVICE WHERE THE OBSERVER LIVES & RECORDS IN PITLOCHRY
Wednesday was a fresher day, following the passage of a cold front. It was, nevertheless, dry for the greater part, with sunny spells & patches of cumulus cloud.
Heatwave conditions affected a large part of Southern England, though that area too will become cooler today.
Warmest Frittenden(25.1) Sunniest Odiham(12.5hrs) Wettest Achnagart(15.4mm)---not one of the highland weather stations I've ever visited, but it,s certainly had a hell of a lot of rain this week!!
Should stay dry for several days yet, though not always sunny & no great shakes on temperature, with frosts still possible.
