Just a final word about MARCH 2015. You may recall that our rainfall total was within a whisker of the long-term
average. 80.4mm fell. Interestingly,about 40minutes up the A9 at DALWHINNIE, the amount of rain recorded was just over 310mm (knocking on for 4 times as much & apparently the wettest place in Britain during March)
Yesterday's top temperature in Pitlochry was close on 20 Highest in Britain at 21, was recorded in
the Aberdeen area. Things are looking very good again for today. (NO APRIL RECORDS BROKEN)
