A WARM WELCOME TO PITLOCHRY WEATHER!

WEDNESDAY---Perth ( Strathallan )   warmest place in U.K.
YESTERDAY---Pitlochry reached 25.5--June 18th this year was 26.6  ( tourists note--  Pitlochry frequently gets this sort of temperature. We wish!!

TODAY---Much as yesterday, though first thing,  it was 8/8 cloud cover (cloud cover is officially measured in 8ths).   Not so much dew this morning, so locals-- good for mowing that lawn!
Tourists note--the North Sea coast is certain to be cooler than Pitlochry & may be affected by haar (sea fog)
 Here it is likely to be much as yesterday,  Temperatures 23 or 24   Winds mostly light from SE.

SATURDAY---A fine morning with some sunshine, but by afternoon, cloud will be increasing from the west. Rain, potentially heavy at times, is expected from late afternoon & for much of the evening.  Many gardeners will at last be delighted. Best temperatures will be a few degrees down on today's.

SUNDAY---Mainly dry, partly cloudy, some sunny intervals. Temperatures will reach close to 20
