TODAY'S FORECAST FOR PITLOCHRY

Partly cloudy, though bright at times with some sunshine. Unfortunately, as yesterday, threatening clouds are likely to build up, with some places getting a drenching, while others stay dry. We caught the edge of a big shower around 2.30 on Sunday, but here, the tiny amount that fell, did nothing for the dry garden & I was out at 7.30am watering baskets that urgently needed the kiss of life. One of my daughters in London tells me she was " flooded yesterday"

Maximum 17 (pleasant in the sunshine)    Wind light to moderate W to SW     Overnight minimum  9

OULOOK---More of the same mix, though by Thursday/ Friday, a depression moving W out of the continent makes for a forecaster's nightmare. Watch this space!!
