Very cool last night! (2.8 in the air & 0.2 on the grass--some prone spots may well have been a touch colder)
It should be a dry day at last (these nuisance-value showers have proved frustrating to getting time in the garden--to work that is!! There should be some decent sunny spells today, despite rather more cloud likely by afternoon.
Still, however, temperatures stuck below the late August normal.
