Things should be considerably better in Pitlochry (certainly as compares with Sunday), as skies remain more broken, amounts of sunshine increase & any showers become more isolated. Not, however, a day for picnics, as the fresh NW wind will continue, accentuating the below-average temperatures.

It may well be pleasant behind glass or even in a garden with walls affording good shelter from the NW winds. Temperatures no better than 15 as a high & possibly as low as 4 or 5 overnight, especially in valley bottom locations.
