TODAY'S FORECAST FOR PITLOCHRY

Partly cloudy, but also some sunny intervals this morning. this.  Some building up of cloud during the afternoon, with the risk of a few showers.. The evening & night are expected to become largely dry & clear. Still feeling cool by day & especially cold for the time of year overnight.
Max.Temp. 14      Wind NW2       Overnight Min. Temp.  3  ( possibly a slight ground frost in the most prone localities)

SUNDAY & MONDAY---Both should be dry days, with broken cloud & sunshine at times. Both days will also have below average temperatures, with Monday perhaps feeling the colder, as E. winds freshen ( caused by a low pressure system  affecting southern parts of the U.K).

A reminder that, overall, daytime temperatures should average 18.8 during August. Nothing at those levels since LAST Saturday.  What a disappointing month it's turning out, though as usual, there will be those who disagree ( & don't forget. rainfall is currently at 157% of average!!)
