Sunshine was in short supply today, with most of it during the morning. The afternoon was essentially cloudy & showery, with 1.9mms in the guage by 1700Hrs (Western districts will have had much more ). It was cool & breezy with the best temperature only a poor 14.0
THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
It will continue breezy, with a slow moderation overnight, when winds will turn more into the N.W. It's likely to remain rather cloudy for part of the evening, with further showers around at first, becoming isolated later. There should be clear spells overnight & it should stay mostly dry. Lowest temperatures 9.
OUTLOOK
WEDNESDAY----Should see more dry weather & more sunshine than today, though cloud may build at times during the afternoon to give one or two showers. It will still be rather breezy & cool, with 16 at best.
THURSDAY----Broken cloud, with some spells of sunshine & only isolated showers.
