When this Blog resumes, there will be a summary of September's weather, as well as Pitlochry data twice daily. There will also be occasional articles, as well as photographs with a landscape & weather bias from local & Scottish sources.
Nowadays, there is a plethora of private companies online, providing weather forecasts, some specifically for Pitlochry, though based on data not actually obtained from this locality. This blog (a website that retains all its published material for later viewing ), is the only source of meteorological data, coming from Pitlochry, taken under Met Office Climate Station conditions, that is readily available to the public.
