THURS 11th SEPT

A WARM WELCOME TO PITLOCHRY WEATHER!
THE ONLY ONLINE WEATHER SERVICE WHERE THE OBSERVER LIVES & RECORDS IN PITLOCHRY, USING PREVIOUS MET OFFICE CLIMATE STATION EXPERIENCE. FORECASTING IS BASED ON MET OFFICE & BBC MATERIAL, WHICH IS THEN TAILORED FOR THE PITLOCHRY AREA, USING LOCAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE.

TODAY'S FORECAST FOR PITLOCHRY

Yesterday, everywhere in the region had a maximum temperature between 15 on the East Coast & 21
well inland.  Again, another very pleasant day in Pitlochry, some sunshine & patches of cloud,as well as becoming rather warm.

MAX. TEMP 19       WINDS   MOSTLY SE2          OVERNIGHT MIN. TEMP,( Potentially in the 3 to 7 range)

FRIDAY---  Risk of some misty low cloud to start with. Sunshine may be more limited, though still pleasantly warm.

SAT.---Dry & rather warm, though probably more cloud. Light SE wind.

SUN.---May start with low cloud from the North Sea.  Some lifting of this cloud later, though sunshine may well be at a premium.

So all in all, not as good by the weekend as now, with not much sunshine, but little if anything to add to 
the already very low rainfall total.  Could be very much worse!!
