A RAIN GAUGE IN BITS----HARDLY USED FOR WEEKS!!

Sorry tourists & sun-worshippers, but we really do need a decent fall of rain.Reservoirs are low, moors & forests are tinder dry & plants & crops desperately need a good soaking.
